Leadership

We are please to introduce Dr. Kevin D. Harris as our new Pastor. He accepted the call to serve at Northside in April of 2026. He has been in the ministry for 25+ years and brings a host of experience and wisdom in the Gospel ministry. We invite everyone to join us in worshiping our Lord and Savior alongside Kevin, Misty and their daughter, Atlanta.

Zach has been on staff as our Worship Leader since May 2019, serving in various ministry positions. Currently, he serves as the Worship Leader and Youth Director. He has a passion for working with middle and high school students as well as leading others to the Throne in worship. He is also a high school Math Teacher who works at Caldwell County. Zach's passion is to be a mentor and counselor for his students. As a Music Minister, his desire is to see our church come to a deeper understanding of our Lord and Savior through meaningful worship opportunities.

Cindy has been on staff as our Children's Ministry Director since March, 2020. She loves working with our children, teaching them about who God is and what He has done for us. Cindy brings with her many years of ministry experience, including opportunities to lead and/or serve on multiple  mission trips in the U.S., Russia and Haiti. She has also taught for and traveled with the KBC. She is excited to serve the Lord alongside our Northside family!

Pam joined the Northside Baptist Church Staff as Ministry Assist or (Secretary) in June of 2026.  She has been married to Mike Hobby for 16 years.  She has one daughter, one son and a granddaughter that reside in Falls of Rough, KY  where she is originally from. She is very excited about her new position and is overwhelmed by the love and support she has received from the church and other staff.
