Senior Pastor

Description: Northside Baptist Church of Princeton, KY is prayerfully seeking a fulltime pastor to lead the church to function as a New Testament church. The pastor will lead  the congregation, organizations and church staff in achievement of its mission, proclaiming  the gospel to believers and unbelivers, and care for the church members and others in the community. The pastor should be a gifted leader with strong biblical knowledge and application with a clear calling to his ministry. The pastor will support the ministry of the Northside Constitution and Bylaws, Kentucky Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention as the primary means of involvement in international and North American missions. The pastor will be in doctrinal alignment with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.

Education: Seminary Degree

Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years as pastor
